About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Good Day! I am a student in Beijing, with x1 visa.

(I have arrived 02/12/2016) So my plans have been changed and I am not doing permanent residence. Can I leave from Beijing on 31st day(02/01/2017), not in 30 One day(It hust 15 or 20 hours)?

Hayk, you can leave on 02/01/2017 because the 30-day period counts from the following after your arrival so 02/01/2017 will be the 30th day for you. So you won't overstay. Relax!
