The question is, is there any ristriction for the foreigner to transit to Wuhan and Guangzhou with only about 4 hours? We were wondering why the check-in counter said that she cannot fly and transit to Wuhan and Guangzhou.. Please if you have any suggestion or idea, do share.. Thanks..

Actually, if she will travel like Russia-Wuhan-Guangzhou-Malaysia, and stay in Wuhan and Guangzhou for not more than 24 hours, she can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in China. In this case, no visa will be needed. I have no idea why your friend is refused to go. Maybe she needs to apply for a transit G type for that.
