About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

transit in beijing with Philippine passport

Hello!

I'm a little bit confused. It says the names of eligible countries, does that mean if mine is not there, I've to apply prior? I've a Philippine passport but currently residing in London. I will have about 2-hour layover in Beijing from London that then fly to Manila. Can I avail the transit visa in the airport? Thank you!!

If your country is not on the list, it means you are not eligible for the 72h free transit. However, as long as your layover is within 24 hours, you still don't need the visa because the 24h direct transit policy is applicable to you.
