I am in Saibao hotel, Guangzhou. Where can I take a bus to Hong Kong?

You can take a taxi from Saibao to Garden Hotel within 15min or so. There direct buses are scheduled to HK. You can ask the hotel staff about the schedules and fare.
Personally, train can be a better idea: Take a taxi to East Railway Station and take a train to Hung Hom, HK within 2h.1
