huaihua to dehang

Question

Hi,I'll be arriving at Huaihua Railway Station at 4 a.m. (on my way to Dehang) and since the first train doesn't leave for Jishou until 7 a.m. I would prefer to get a taxi to drive 2 hours straight to Dehang. The big advantage of this is that I could sleep in the taxi instead of sitting around waiting for 3 hours in the early morning. Would it be possible to find a taxi driver to agree to this and how much would it cost roughly? I'll be travelling in January :) Really appreciate any input to this question!Sofia

Dear Sofia, the distance is about 90 miles (145km). I am afraid that few taxi drivers would go to such a faraway place. You are advised to charter a car instead. As I know, China Auto Rental Company may provide such a service. You can consult the staff about the price. Good luck! :)
