Hi, my name is Kate, I was born at 25 march 1995

I am studying medicine, but the tuition fee is very high and I dont know if my family can afford it. Could you please tell what will happen with my studies?

Gjergj, if you are really interested in medicine, you may continue your study. What you have learnt right now can help you a lot in your later work. You may take some part-time job to earn some money to reduce some financial pressure.
