I want to send a letter to India from chengdu. How much will it cost and how long it takes?

The fastest way is air mail and the rate is calculated in this way: CNY5.5 for the first 20g; CNY1.5 for each extra 10g. It usually takes 15~20 days to reach the destination by air mail.
