I suppose you refers to the Jiexi county in Jieyang city? If yes, there is a bus at 12:40 from Guangzhou Tianhe Coach station to Jiexi. You can take the subway line 3 to Yantang and then change to Line 6 there to Tianhe Coach Station. The durations hould be around 1 hour. The bus to Jiexi cost around CNY135. You need to hurry up during the way
