I have 3 hours in Pudong Airport. How can I visit the Bund and go back to the airport, maybe taxi?

Well, according to your situation, you should stay at the airport and take some rest. The layover is too short to tour around downtown area even by taking taxi. You need to get back to the airport at least 2 hours in advance.0
