About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We arrive at PVG from Singapure March 4, 02:50pm and leave PVG for Los Angeles on March 7, 06:00pm.

We are Argentinean citizens. Could we apply for the 72 hours free visa? Thanks in advance.
