About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

French Passport Holder

Hello, Can you go to Shanghai on 144 hour visa using the following routing. (French Passport holder)
San Francisco> India>Singapore>Shanghai> Taipei>US? My boss was just denied to board plane in US in route to Shanghai. He was going San Francisco, Shanghai, Taipei US he was unable to board plane on Eva Airlines.

Denise, if the travel route is San Francisco> India>Singapore>Shanghai> Taipei>US and stay time in Shanghai is not more than 144 hours, the traveler can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
