what's the best way to get tofrom the southern line?

Hi! I'm currently staying at the Qingdao Old Observatory Youth Hostel, and was wondering what the best way to get to the Southern line would be? I also wondered how easy it would be to get a taxi back to Qingdao from the Southern line? I only know a few very basic sentences and words in Chinese so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Take bus line 2, 218 or 220 from Municipal Hospital Station to the 19th Middle Station Station. Then, change to bus line 104 to Dahedong Customer Service Center. Then, you can start visiting the southern line. After sightseeing, you can easily catch a taxi back to the downtown area. The fare may be around CNY 60 to 70. Don't worry! :)
