About:Harbin Ice Festival

Me and my friend plan to go to Harbin on Dec 26, 2016. Is it too early?

Hi, your plan can be ok. It is reported that the main venues of the ice festival will have the trial operation around Dec. 25 (the Christmas) when almost activities will be open. So Dec. 26 can be ok to enjoy yourselves. Good trip!
