About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hours - Visa free - Transit Beijing.

We are UK passport holders and need to know if we will qualify for the 72 hour - free transit in Beijing. The plan is to travel London to Hong Kong with a stay of 2 nights, then Hong Kong to Beijing with a stopover less than 72 hours, and finally fly back to London. As we are flying directly back to our point of origin from Beijing will we still qualify?
