If you have supplier in China, you can ask him/her to get the invitation letter of a duly authorized unit for you. Meanwhile, the supplier needs to issue an invitation letter to you on his/her own.
Next, prepare other documents such as your passport and copy of its data page, a fully completed application form, recent 6-month bank statement, and your tax certificate. If it’s the first time you make the application, you may also need to provide round trip air tickets and hotel booking record.
After preparing all the required documents, submit the application to the embassy of China to apply.
