About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

What if i live in barcelona spain but im filipino passport holder:?

Im going to travel this coming feb 25 to the philliphines with my partner and we have 8 hours waiting in pekin international airport? My partner is french but im filipino can i exit the airport and make a tour with him? What papers i need to exit the airport and comeback and take my connection flight to the phillippines?

You maybe able to use the 24-hour transit, however it's at the discretion of the immigration officer since the 24-hour stay permit is not mandatory when transiting in Beijing (it is elsewhere).
