Request for guidance

hello..i have flight on 01/01/2017 at 08:10 AM from Guangzhou in air china ,which is international flight to other country.
I am coming from xiamen to guangzhou. i will reach at 05:00 AM at early morning by train.There is only 3 hours between my arrival to railway station and my flight.
My question is can i catch the flight?
Kindly guide me about that.
