About:China Postal Service

My name is Ashis and I am from Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

I ordered some Oil paintings from AliExpress. They were rececived at EMS Kolkata off and now the Aliexpress Courier tracking status showing as " Air,CED KOLKATA,Retention reason: Retained by customs for unspecified reason ". Please let me know what does it mean? any reason to worry?

Ashis, that means your parcel is delivered to the customs to take some check. If there is no problem, it will then be dispatched.
