Is it worth going to Panjin in April?

I know the colors are best in October, but is it worth the time for the trip in mid-April? Thanks!

To be honest, April is not an ideal time to pay a visit. In April, the reeds start to sprout. They are light red. Then, it will become redder and redder, and presents it utmost beauty in August, September, and October. If possible, you may postpone your travel plan. :)
