About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Hi. I applied for a extention on my L type which only holds 1entry.

I applied 5 days before the L type will expire but still didn't recieve feedback. Will i get into trouble if i overstay my visit with 1 or 2 days until i recieve my new visa back and will this effect any future applications ? I have proof that i applied for an extention before it expires

Joseph, usually, the extension process takes 7 working days, so you are advised to extend it 7 days prior to its expiry date. Considering your situation, I don’t think it will have a big problem. You can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to inquire about that if you still have doubts.
