Hello, if i need to get the China entry permit in Argentina, i need to apply it by person or any other method?  What kind of document i have to prepare for the application?

You can apply for it in person, or ask someone else to apply on your behalf. You cannot apply for it by post.If you want to apply for tourist L visa, you need to prepare those documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets, and accommodation arrangement.
