How much is Hangzhou transport IC card? Is the tourist bus Y2,Y6,Y8,Y9 & Y10 free of service?

The card itself has a fee of CNY20, and you can top it up the value you want. When returning the card, you can get back your balance and the CNY20. The tourist buses you mentioned are not for free. The fare is CNY2-5.1
