I have a Business type M( 180 days stay) in china ,possible to convert to Z type?

In the New Z visa Updated Policy,
1. 2 year's working experience is liberal or strictly monitored ?I have 1year 6 month experience and also i spent 1 year in china with M type as business.

2. I just Turned 22, age is considered as a main aspects?

3. May i convert my M type in to Z type in Beijing ?
