As I know, all the official cabs in the city have taximeters. And you can trust it. The cab stands at the airport are Gate No.7 Arrival Hall of T3 and Gate No.3 Arrival Hall of T4. You can find a cab there.
In addition, it may cost CNY 40-50 from the airport to Zhongshan Road.
