Danish. In a 3rd country and needs to travel back to the 3rd country

I'm danish. I am in New Delhi, India and need to travel to Shanghai for a short business meeting. I'll fly to Shanghai Friday evening and will leave Shanghai Saturday evening (26 hours later). I will then have to fly back to New Delhi again. Can I then use a 72 hours Visa-ree transit?

No, since you're travelling back to a third country.

Morten, no, you cannot if you travel like that because it is not a transit. If you want to enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai, you should travel like India-Shanghai-HK-India or India-HK-Shanghai-India.
