can u help me pls,what can i do my passport already expired and no visa.

i wanna go home overstay in china how can i go back phil.how much penalty..it is possible to im going back without visa.thx for reply..from ms gemini

You should first go to the local police station to report your overstay, and then you may need to pay the fine CNY 500 per day, but the capped amount won’t be more than CNY 10,000. After, you need to apply for an exit pass at the police station, and then you can exit China.
