If I purchase the Combo ticket at Oriental Pearl TV Tower in the morning, can I access at night?

May I purchase the combo ticket in advance at the counter? Where can I board the Huangpu River Cruise? Thanks

Yes, you can buy the combo ticket at the counter in the morning, and access at night. You can board the cruise from Oriental Pearl Tower Wharf at No. 2852, Binjiang Avenue. ;)
