2017 expectation for a water horse

Hi my daughter (07 Dec 2002) had a very hard time with her sport activities in the last years. She likes to compete in sport activities but this year she found harder and harder to participate in any competitions and her motivation for completion is loosing more and more every single day.
Should she expect more luck in 2017? She almost give up in any sports she enjoyed so much last years.
