Is there any possibility that my husband for ten years and been separated with him for ten years?

Be back in each others again?
My DoB 10/26/70 and my husband DoB 08/04/64

Sometimes we delude ourselves into believing things, which cannot last. And this is exactly your case. You and your former husband are totally incompatible. Each of you would want to be in charge in your marriage. It would never work. Find someone born in 1978 (Pisces or Cancer), as this would be your best match.
