I want to apply S1 in Pakistan. How she can get me an invitation letter. Does she need to write just by her self or some other government department. If yes where she can get that.

Zia, she needs to get an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit, and issue an invitation by herself. She can go to the exit and entry bureau in local police station to ask about the details.
