How much milk powder can I take into China?

I want to take Australian milk powder into China, for my wife. This is not infant formula. It is Devondale milk powder to be used for coffee and cereal. How much can I post to China and how much can I carry with me into China? It is strictly for personal use. It is not for sale or as a sample.
What is the maximum weight in kg?

Thank you.

As I know, you are allowed to take less than 6 cans of milk powder without a declaration and each can should weigh no more than 800g.
For delivery, you can send 2.5kg without being taxed and the maximum weight is 5kg.
