About:Marriage Registration in China

Hi, my husband (China) and i ady registered in Malaysia. Now, we want to register in China too.

What is the procedure and documents that needed?

Lisa, you should first get your marriage certificate notarized by the local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs of Malaysia. And then get the marriage certificate attested by the embassy of China.
Afterwards, go to the marriage registration office at your husband’s hometown to change the marital status. In this case, your marriage will be recognized by China.
