Private Luxury Soft Sleeper (is this possible?)

I will be traveling with my wife and father in law. We are willing to pay for 2 luxury soft sleepers. Kowloon to Shanghai. I assume my wife and I can use one and my father in law the other. Does my father in law have to share the room with someone else? Seems a little odd for him to have to share it with a stranger. Thanks for your answer!

You can buy 4 tickets to get two whole cabins thus do not need to share the cabin with other people.

Evan -- Yes but they require separate passports and names for each ticket, if there is only 3 of us, how do we buy the extra ticket? Thanks
