Is it possible to extend the grace 1 month L type after ending a working Z type permit?

Hi, I would like to stay in China total 2 months after I resign and end up my current contract. Could it be possible to extend the 1 month grace visa? Or the only way is let my employee communicate after 1 month after have ended? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is possible. You can apply for a tourist L type 7 days earlier before the work Z type expires at the exit and entry department.

Hi Joe, thank you very much for your reply !!! My meaning was if additionally you can extend this 30 days L visa you can get after working permit.

If so, you can still try to extend your L visa at the exit and entry bureau.
