Is it required to bring my 2months child to the PH Embassy?

Me and my husband chinese will go to the PH Embassy to get a certificate that the child will not get a philippine naturalization and will not apply a philippine passport. My child is 2months old. My question is do we have to bring her too to PH Embassy?

Personally, I don’t think you need to bring your baby to the embassy of Philippines, but you’d better confirm that with the embassy.
