Hukou waterfall.

I have one extra day in Xian in late nov, would like to visit Hu Kou Waterfall, need advice on the type of public transport to reach there. (Is it worth going during this period of time?) Thanks.

It is too tight to visit the Hukou Waterfall from Xian in one day as the transfer from Xian to Hukou takes around 4-5 hours for one way. If you want to do it in one day, you are suggested to charter a car or join in a one day trip with a local travel agency. For your information, there are regular buses from Fangzhicheng Bus Station to Yichuan (4 hours), and then change to another bus to Hukou Waterfall (30 minutes). It is fine to visit it in November.
