Which one is the best way to Guilin and Yangshuo from nanning?

I have 2 choices
1. D3568 from Nanning station start 16:36 --- > will arrive at Guilin North station 19:36
2. D8210 from Nanning station start 17:00 --- > will arrive at Guilin station 19:48

Which one is the best way to Guilin and how to get to Yangshuo after ?

P.S. My flight will arrive at NNG (airport) about 13.15
may I take the train before the time that I show you.

I think the second one should be better. 16:36 departure is a little too limited for the ticket collection, 17:00 is much better. Also, the D8210 stop at Guilin Railway Station which is closer to the city center. If you go for Yangshuo directly after arrival, the Guilin Long distance bus center is also nearby, around 800m only.
