Which one is the best way to Guilin and Yangshuo from nanning?

I have 2 choices
1. D3568 from Nanning station start 16:36 --- > will arrive at Guilin North station 19:36
2. D8210 from Nanning station start 17:00 --- > will arrive at Guilin station 19:48

Which one is the best way to Guilin and how to get to Yangshuo after ?

P.S. My flight will arrive at NNG (airport) about 13.15
may I take the train before the time that I show you.
