My dob is 22nd sepember 1978.

I joined in a government organization(University) for teaching as well as administration in july 2016 in a contractual position.There are some people causing problems for the renewal of my contract .I work in a mid level position.What are the chances that my contract will get renewed in Jan 2017.There is also a process going on for admission of Phd ,will that materialise?
