Question

I joined in a government organization(University) for teaching as well as administration in july 2016 in a contractual position.There are some people causing problems for the renewal of my contract .I work in a mid level position.What are the chances that my contract will get renewed in Jan 2017.There is also a process going on for admission of Phd ,will that materialise?

It is really hard to predicted the contract renewal thing, but if you can well deal with the interpersonal issues that hinder the process, there should still be a chance for you to get renewed.As for the Phd admission, you are suggested to make a full preparation for it.
