Take West Rail Line to Mei Foo Station and Tsuen Wan Line to Prince Edward Station. Then transfer to Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Bay Station - A. Take bus no.86 from Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) to the Cruise Terminal directly. The whole way takes around 85 mins. And the ticket fare is about 27 HKD per person. In addition, you are allowed to take the bus with your luggage. Don't worry. :)
