for 12 hours stay in Beijing do i need visum?

Hello, i am Filipina Citizen, Married with German, Living in Germany for almost 6 yrs.But i have no German passport, only permanent Visa i want to travel to Phil.and my stopover is Beijing,connecting flight to Mla. After 12 hours, in this Time i want Leaving the airport to visit Great Wall of China , Do I need a transit Visa for 24 hrs? Please help me
