When will my luck change? Monkey 16th April 1980. Born in U.K.

I'm having problems on my marriage. Especially with my mother in law. We are also financially unstable. When will this change?

One cannot have marriage problems from a third person. It is true, that other people try to influence the outcomes in a marriage, but in your case I sense that you may have a not so perfect match in your spouse, or that your spouse has a bad year. Next year you will still face money problems. Only in 2018 and 2019 your financial situation will improve and will excel.
