About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

In order to obtain a Chinese visa, do i have to take an appointment with the chinese embassy?

So that I can submit the documents and what are their working hours? Will a blue background photo workout ?

Musaed, no, you don’t need to make an appointment with the Chinese embassy. The office is open between 09:00 – 11:30 from Sunday to Thursday.
A blue background photo may not be able to work out. It should be white background.
