Hello, it can be a little bit cold in Feb. in the two places. The average temp can be 12-15C. There will be many cloudy days as well as several lightly rainy days. While the rainfall won't last for a whole day, so traveling won't be affected. Generally, you may wear light sweater, coat, and jeans.
