I am a US citizen passport holder. Flying to the Philippines and will have 12 hrs layover in Beijing airport.. Flying back to the US, will be the same thing, will have 12 hrs layover in Beijing airport. Will I be able to go out the airport without any problem, to be able to enjoy the city?
