Do you mean Shunde Lecong Market? You can go for Lecong Town by buses.

Do you mean from Guangzhou railway station to Lecong? You need to change many times. Take subway firstly to Xilang station, change to Guang Fo line, get off at Kuiqi Rd, take 103 at Liyongxia cun b, to Tengchong stop. It is quite completed.
