how to get from hong kong airport to iclub sheung wan hotel, sheung wan?

I will be arriving on Cathay Pacific at 7am from South Africa.Also - getting back to the Airport from the same Hotel at 5am, as my flight leaves at 9am - it seems that my only option for this early transfer to the Airport is a taxi which is very expensive? Any ideas, please?

To the hotel: Take Airport Express train from the airport to HK Station for HKD 100 (about 25 minutes). Then, take free shuttle bus line H1 to the hotel. Back to the airport: take bus line A11 from Queen Street, Connaught Road West Station to the airport. The buses are available from 05:10 to 22:30. The fare is HKD 40, and the trip takes about 80 minutes. If by taxi, the fare may be around HKD 300.
