My Husband working in china oncZ visa, he wants to invite me on S1 type

He wants to know about invitation letter, do he have to write it all by himself or from some china department?

Pakistan, he needs to get an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit. Meantime, he needs to issue an invitation letter by himself.
