Hello, can you advice us how can we go to Yangshuo city from Wada Hostel, Guilin?

Can give estimated price?

Take a taxi to General Bus Station for about CNY 10. Then, take a bus to Yangshuo. The buses are available from 7:00 to 21:00, and the fare is CNY 27. The trip takes about 1.5 hours. :)
