You can take bus line 15, 24, 25, or 27 to Yalong Bay from the downtown area. The bus fare is CNY 7 to 17 for a single trip.
Or, you can take a train from SY Railway Station to Yalongwan Railway Station. A second class seat costs CNY 5.5 for a single trip; a first class seat costs CNY 6.5 for a single trip. The trip only takes 7 minutes. ;)
