About:Year of the Dragon

Will I be able to go to canada next yr? dob december 31, 1988。

will my photography business be in good shape next yr? thanks!

One thing you should be sure about. You stand to benefit a lot from Fire years. And this year and next year are fire years. Everything you will try to do next year, it will work in your favor. But if you try something which will be decided in 2018 (your opposite year) it won't happen the way you would want it to. If you were to be approved and to move by the mid of next year, it would work well for you. If their decision (the authorities who approve) will be made towards the end of 2017, you may not be so lucky. Good luck to you.

Yes. If they make their decision before the end of 2017 (before October) their answer will be positive.
After that time, their answer may be negative. If you are asking me that even if you are knocked back,
could you still try to apply again, may answer is that if you apply in your opposite year of the Earth Dog (2018) you will definitely be denied entry for some unknown reasons. As your stars are in agreement to this country you want to go to, you will most likely be approved. Good luck to you.
